Worked as a Statistician at TÜİK (Turkish Statistical Institute) for 4 years in Foreign Trade Statistics.

1989-1996

Worked as a Quality Engineer at KORDSA, a global leader in its product group under Sabancı Holding, for 7 years. Was responsible for Integrated Management Systems, the EFQM Excellence Model, supplier management, and process improvement efforts.

1996-1999

Worked as the Bursa Regional Manager at SGS, the world's largest inspection and certification company, for 3 years. Served as the lead auditor in over 450 audit teams, including 12 in different countries. Trained numerous management systems auditors.

1999-halen

Founded Sigma Center to share her experience from KORDSA and SGS with other organizations. Provided training and consulting services to over 300 companies in the areas of Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement. Continues to manage Sigma Center while also providing training and consulting services.
