Each organization has its own unique document structure. This module of AltaSoft software is designed to adapt to the structures of all organizations

When adding documents to the software, authorizations are made according to users and only authorized users can access the relevant document.

When users search for the relevant document, if authorized, they can preview the document and/or download the document to their own computer (as PDF).

Users can access the information and history of the desired document, and if the document has been revised, old revisions can be accessed within their authorization.

If the documents are linked with each other, the related documents can be viewed and the pages of the documents can be accessed with a shortcut if desired.

All activities related to new document requests, revision requests and cancellation requests (review, consultation, approval, publication) are carried out through the software.

The list of documents in force is created automatically by AltaSoft. As documents are added or revised, the list is automatically updated and an Excel of the list can be downloaded
